PROPERTY VALUE GOES DOWN DUE TO PARK LAKE VILLAGE

From: -Anonymous-
Date posted: 8/4/2007
Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007

Living at Redstone Gardens is very peaceful and quite away from the highways in additional to hidden, inside, away from the noisy, busy Vail Road. Redstone Gardens is very private and cozy with limited units. The apartments at Redstone Gardens is also come with a beautiful balcony that we can enjoy on a hot Summer afternoons. At Redstone the apartment is all spread out. We are debating about renewing our lease at Redstone Gardens for another year. Howeer, the problem we have to deal with is the abandon and abuse, the slum areas at Park Lake Village.

There are dry leaves, wooden sticks, fruits that dropped from the trees and miscellaneous garbage that have been on Park Lake Village property for years and years and years and still have not being taken care of. Last Autumn when the wind storm was blowing at the speed of over 40 mph or 50 mph, all the dry leaves, wooden sticks, fruits that dropped from the trees and miscellaneous garbage, etc coming from Park Lake Village were end up at Redstone Gardens property. The Property Managements at Park Lake Village are very selfish and have no respect for their neighbors. The disgusting Park Lake Village turns their own property into a very sad and pathetic apartment complex and that affect tremendously to the surround neighbors. There are Raccoons, Rats, Mice, Skunks, squirrels, chipmunks, black crows, etc ..nesting all over Park Lake Village. In fact, for the past few weeks and almost every other night outside our apartment were spray by the Skunks coming from the disgusting Park Lake Village abandon and abuse slum areas. Beside the Skunks there are also many black crow nests. There were a few occasions we saw mother crows feeding her babies crows with death animals.

There are also wires all over the places unsure what kinds of wires (cable wires or electrical wires) but just in case if there is a fire in the future we hope that both Redstone Gardens and Park Lake Village have a decent insurance policy to cover all the damages, catastrophe or might be even casualties.

We might be negotiated with the Rental Office to get a transfer to another apartment next year if that is possible providing that if there is anything available within Redstone Gardens. We definitely will not renew our lease at our current apartment due to the disgusting Park Lake Village. It is disgrace and heartbreaking to live near Park Lake Village and witness others abandon and abuse their own property.
