Pros:
Its nice and quiet here, apartments are a good size, neighbors are nice.
Cons:
Snow removal... well... it doesn't happen. It took 4 days before someone decided to shovel the sidewalks. I sent a letter to the owners of the complex, but no one responded.
The super doesn't return calls promptly. Does not work weekends.
Been without hot water twice in less than a year.
Not enough washers and dryers. One dryer has been broken for a almost a year.
Everyone seems to have cats... even though they're not supposed to.
