Not sure what the previous reviewer got when they signed the lease but I just move in this March and my apartment has a new stove, redone bathroom (previous renter redid it), and new windows. I was pleasantly surprised by what I am getting for my money.

It is in a great location with quick access to Rt. 46, 280, 287, and 80.
