Rutgers Village has the most two faced office workers I have ever dealt with. They promise you the world as you move in, then forget you after you are in. They will most certainly promise you the world, but you will have to wait months if not years for results.

i agree. i usually have to call several times before maintenance comes to fix things. when they are inside "fixing" the problem, you find dirt all over the floor, garbage that they left behind, and all the lights are left on (probably intentionally). if you not home when they come, most of the time you don't even know if they fixed the problem since there isn't any type of note saying that it's corrected.
once in a while, they do maintenance on the complex. but you don't even know what kind of "maintenance" they did inside your apartment because they don't give you any type of warning. how would you know that they were really fixing things in your apartment?
