I've lived here just a few months and really have no complaints. I haven't had the need for them to do any maintenance work as of yet, but so far I really like it here. It's quiet (relatively speaking, I do hear my upstairs neighbors every once in awhile), clean, parking is convenient (unless you work late it's kind of hard to find a spot right by your door). I have yet to use the pool but it looks really nice. I can usually do my laundry without any wait, and usually all the washers and dryers are open. There are many single professionals, young couples, or older folks who seem quiet and nice. I'd recommend it.
