i've lived here for about 2 years. Nice place to live. My apartment was newly renovated when i moved in. Kitchen, bath and floors were redone. The apartment was also freshly painted. I initially planned to live here for a year but after seeing how quiet and well kept this community was i decided to stay a couple more years.

One minor complaint i have is the Silver Fish and Spiders that appear especially in the summer months, not a major problem, better than having roaches and rats. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean quiet and reasonable priced apartment.
