Corrupt Manager From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/15/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 2 responses   You need a apartment in Tivoli' There is never one available there till you pay the Manager through the superintendant. The bribe ranges between 500 to a 1000 $$. This whole thing is a scam. Their offices are always closed and if they are open, the manager is watching movies or some dumb programs on a flat screen TV that probably she bought off her payoffs. It is a well know fact amongst the apartment resident community that the corruption exists at Tivoli Gardens.
