Hello,

Guys, stop talking about non-sense about bribe and middle man. I think either you need to grow-up or you're in a completely different world. When you talk about garbage system in Tivoli Garden then i think you should re-consider your statement. It does get messy once a every while, tell me any apartments complexes where you haven't notice this! I thought so, Tivoli gardens rents are fair for middle class families compare to other complexes in surrounding area and in addition, utilities included except electricity.

There are some cons about Tivoli Garden, which are bad laundry systems and too many stupid people who bribe and then complain, but won't leave complexes.

These people are complaining and at the same time won't even think about leaving Tivoli Garden because they know that this is best renting accommodation available in surrounding area.

Just take a look around in surrounding towns and if you're lucky then you might able find something neat and nice but not as good as Tivoli.

I myself have seen her take money to give the apartments!!! Also I have seen sooooo many apartments that are empty but if you ask her she will ALWAYS say there is nothing available. If you are talking about the rent rate??I have checked few places that are much better then or as same as Tivoli Gardens and the rent is about the same!!! She is very RUDE!!!!!! I would not even stay there is someone paid me to?????? There are places where grass is not even cut. The Laundry room sucks??.. Even if you lived in an apartment for few years forget upgrading anything s they don??t even maintain it. The only time she would fix something is if the town is coming to inspect and they give her the notice!!!!!!!!! This place is all about how much money can ELIZABETH put in her pocket. It??s beyond my understanding how come she still has a job there!!! I hope someone video tapes her taking the money and uploads it on You Tube!!!!!!!! That would be soo funny!
