I keep my apartment nice and clean, I don't have any problems. The grounds are well maintained by professional landscapers. This is not worse than other apartment complexes in Parsippany. The highest rated complex is not better, only bigger. This is a small complex with personal touch.

If you are nice and polite, pay your rent and take good care of your apartment, the resident manager will treat you well. If you live like a low-life, have too many people in your apartment and yet have the nerve to be arrogant and demanding, the manager is gonna raise hell. He is a strict man, but he is fair, too.

There was a maintenance super, who was getting kind of burned-out and neglectful, but he left a few months ago and is now replaced by a nice young man, who works hard.

I'm laughing about the comments some morons have made earlier. Your apartment is filthy, you have roaches and you blame the manager' What do you expect, should the manager come and clean your apartment' Then you are wondering why the manager is getting rude. Extermination is expensive and spraying alone won't make bugs disappear, thorough cleaning is necessary.

And what's up with this nonsense about corruption' Desi talk, I'm sure. They expect everyone to be corrupted like in India. We have a large Indian community in Parsippany and there seems to be a pattern; I noticed the same accusation in other Parsippany apartment complex reviews too.

None of this review is accurate. this must be written by the staff here. because this place is a dive. it is full of bugs no matter how clean you are, you WILL have to have your place EXTERMINATED to live in peace. the workers do no work here. the upkeep is terrible. the only thing the hired LANDSCAPERS not the workers here take care of is the lawn. The workers are no brain people they cant even take care of basic simple minded things they hire outside people to fix up the apartments for new people to move in and the manager makes rules that he doenst even follow the dog that is owned by one of the workers craps everywhere and the worker doesnt even pick it up the other worker cant even read or write so how can either one of these people fix anything. Don't move here if you want to be happy.
