I'm going to give my name. It's J. Muni and I also have friends that live here. I've lived here for a few years and some of my friends have lived here longer and some have lived here shorter. We think that the people who write bad reviews do that because they broke the rules and didn't like the management making them clean up their act. The office ladies are helpful and very nice to all of us when we need something or have a problem. The apartments are old, that's true but they are always doong work around here. Try going to some of the other places in Parsippany and you'll think Troy Hills is a palace.
