I came across the place in my apartment search Well, the only positive thing about that place is that there is some life people hang around on the weekends. Later I found out the reason why tenants hang out outside in the summer heat. The apartments that I have seen are a total slump. The tenants that lived there did not seem like happy campers. (The management is showing the apartments while the tenants live there, you can imagine what happens when at 10 am on Saturday the super rings your door bell I have people to show the apartment to). I am inclined to believe the stories about the management that are posted on this site. First, from Hello the female made it perfectly clear that its not the customer who is always right, its her and her ego alone, second after asking a few simple questions I have learned that the management does not know the first thing about laws and hence constantly violates them. When I tried to explain that the actions proposed wore infect illegal, I was told we do not want you here, because you are starting trouble already. I understand that some people are infect trouble makers, but asking to see the lease before you give the down-payment or explaining that if they intend to run my credit report they need to get a written authorization from me and offer me to see the copy of such report, does not make me a trouble maker.
After talking to some friends of mine that actually have lived there I was told that they all had to bribe the management to simply get them to their jobs. There was an extortion accusation involved. The quote that I kept getting: troy hills village could be a nice place to live with the different rental office crew

The office staff could be a bit friendlier but that is about all that your wrote that I agree with.
