If I had found this web site before I rented I would never have considered Troy Hill. Fortunenlt I didn't. The apartments are very nice and well maintained. Sure the office staff could be a bit friendlier but life isn't perfect. After I got the apt I wanted a few things look at such as the screen door,...Rena had someone there the next day. Everything was fixed as I requested. All the neighbors seems nice too.
