Reasonably spacious,maintenance average quality, grounds average for apartment complex of its kind. Management tends to take a 'shoot first, ask questions later' policy. This could probably be effective with the fly-by-night, non-paying kind of tenant, but alienates many of the more stable and law-abiding tenants who may not have a taste for constant combativeness.
