I had previously written a review on 6-8-05, and apparently posted it wrong as it is listed as "anonymous", however if you read the entire review I signed my name to it. I resided in Troy Hills Village 10 years from 1994-2004, and had left to purchase a townhome out of state. My situation changed and therefore when returning to New Jersy, I contacted Rena & Mary to discuss renting here again. I have since moved back, and am living in the even side of the complex in the upper level of the courtyard in a 2 bedroom apartment. As I've previously stated if tenants follow the rules, pay their rent, and make reasonable requests, they are met with cooperation and are handled in a timely manner. The people that complain the loudest are generally the tenants that skirt the rules, and yet feel they are being treated unfairly when management asks them to comply with the rules & regs for the complex. There is nothing to be confused about. Come look, make your own judgements, and I find if you treat management of the complex decently, the same is returned to you. Furthermore, the apartments are very roomy with large balconies as well, compared to some of the other complexes that are tiny and cramped. I would say it's worth looking into.
