1. The apartments are pretty roomy for the rent charged. Most apartments have balconies and patios.
2. Gardening is encouraged.
3. The maintenance people I've talked to are always friendly and helpful. Even if you have to find one at 6 am (that impressed me a lot).
4. I know there are a lot of complaints on here about the management. I suspect it is on a situation by situation basis and the whole story on both sides is not known. I know my fiance has mentioned he is usually very well treated by the staff. I have not had to talk to them very often myself, but I can say that I just finished speaking with Rena about a matter (where I was to blame, frankly, though not on purpose) and she was extremely reasonable and very nice to talk to. It was a very pleasant experience. I think to be fair, this should be posted here, to balance the negative reviews.

I think the problem is that people are more inclined to post complaints. The people who are happy (which are most of us) have no reason to speak up. Newspapers always get more letters of complaint than letters of support - It's human nature. I also suspect that a few trolls come back over and over to post negative comments. I know a lot of people who live here - in my courtyard and others. Many have lived here for a very long time, and everyone I know is pretty happy. I don't know anyone who isn't. As I posted elsewhere, a lot of people live here, move away for one reason or another, and then come back. Why would so many people do that when there are lot of other apt complexes in Parsippany? I'm sure that a very high percentage of people who live here are perfectly happy. It's the best value for the money in this area, no question about it. And if you're not nasty to the office staff, they're actually very nice.
