I live there for 1yr , parking is ok, the A/C is from the sixies don't expect it to feel it sitting 10ft away. Hard wood floors make alot of noice, they turn on the heat a month after you've been freezing. Maintainance is okay. I left my apt sport less but they still deducted $800 for non-exixtance things, I was warned about that by a friend so I made sure that the place was spot less opps! If you are leaving ask the to inspect you apt with you present. The 3 office ofwomen are kinda the depressed kind very racist and unriendly. Not a place I wanna ever live again. am going through my lawyer to see if I can sue them for being bias. If you are white expect better treatment

Can you give specific examples of how the office staff is racist? Just because your experience was that you had to pay extra after leaving does not constitute racism. If you shouldn't have paid then it is just poor business practice not racism. When something does not go YOUR way does not constitute racism. Understanding the definition of a term that you use is a key to intelligently getting your point across. "If you are white expect better treatment" That is an ignorant comment at best and you would rank right up there with the office staff if your claims of them are true.

TO-THV-tenant RACIST- YES! THAT' WHAT I SAID, AND IT'S NOT COZ THINGS DID NOT GO MY WAY I HAVE ENOUGH REASONS, YOU ALSO NEED TO READ SOME OF THE THINGS THAT HAVE BEEN SAID ABOUT THEM IF YOU DON'T BELIVE ME (OH YOU HAPPEN TO BE THE OFFICE STAFF EVERYONE IS COMPLAINING ABOUT 'THV-tenant' RIGHT?)
