I just lived in 130-B for a year and I thought it was fine! The courtyard I was in was great, the neighbors were all really nice (and have really "done up" their outdoor areas with flowers and plants), the laundry wasn't THAT bad (but a few more washers and dryers would be a bonus), parking was always available and if I had any problems, the super was there to fix them. When I moved in, I had a brand new fridge and a new coat of paint. The only thing that I had to deal with was the dial on my thermostat was broken when I moved in. Was I just in a good area of the complex' They even came in and put in new carbon monoxide & smoke detectors in my living room and bedroom. Ok, the garbage area did get a little funky towards the pick up day (and a bit more in the summer), but I can't really say that my experience there was horrid, like some of the other posts on this review site. I always have found the women in the office to be pleasant. I would have stayed longer, but I moved to a house. Like someone else said, "There ARE two sides to every story."

Yes, that was my review. The only problem I have had is one neighbor who is a bit of a troublemaker, but that can happen anywhere. I think it has been settled now, and it seems that once Rena had a chance to investigate, she realized the person was exaggerating and making trouble. Honestly, any time we've had to go to the office, they've always been polite to us. I realize every person's experience is different, but for the record, that has been ours. We plan to renew our leases and stay until we buy a house.
