Troy Hills Village

The village is a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! From: bravegrl Date posted: 10/16/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   I lived in troy hills village for three years. When I first moved in the apartment was a mess. Our ceilings and walls had thick cheap paint that actually closed shut our doors.. I had leaks everywhere and the reliable staff (not) decided to duck tape the problem instead of actually fixing it. My hard wood floors were disgusting and old. The exhaust fan in the kitchen was filled with grease as well as on top of the cabinets...do not attempt to go up there and clean. That is totally impossible. My apartment smelled of that grease for weeks. Management is horrible... The pool is nasty and the workers there do not do a thing but sit around and invite all there friends to the pool. If you have a problem take my advice and fix it yourself because those guys will never come by. If they do they do not have a clue what they are doing. They raise your rent every year which I would of been paying 1200 and not a thing is fixed or upgraded. They have no idea that people in the complex have like 10 people living in one apartment.. The only way they know is if someone in the complex says something. Then they have the nerve to take some of my deposit money for no apparent reason. They made up some stupid reasons why I didnt get my full deposit. I suggest if you move in take alot of pictures before and after. And video tape everything because they will rape you for your money. The only thing that was positive was the friends I made at the complex. This complex has some game going on. Beware and think real hard before you decide to move in here...
