I will have to join in with the people who criticize the management staff. After I had moved there, I had four people from various local businesses tell me how nasty they had heard Rena was. I was lucky enough not to have to speak to her more than the minimum, but I have been present while she spoke to other tenants and she was abusive. She is not a good manager, so she may feel she makes up in nastiness what she doesn't have in ability. I heard countless tales from neighbors who had to deal with her and I would recommend anyone thinking of living there to rethink it.

It must be you because we have found the ladies in the office to be efficient and very pleasant. I live in the complex and everyone goes out of their way to help.

Again, your different experience neither invalidates the reviwer above nor does it necessarily prove the unsatisfactory situation is their fault. I find it difficult to believe that every negative review on here is produced by substandard tenants with personality disorders. The one common complaint seems to be that the facilities are not well-kept and mangement is rude and unprofessional. These problems should be addressed, not dumped onto a convenient scapegoat.
