The facilities are often in disrepair. Laundry rooms rarely have all machines functioning, several of them flood, most of them filthy. Groundskeeping apparently performed by cheapest (least competent) labor possible. Staff ranging from somewhat impassive (at most friendly) to absolutely abusive (a large percentage of the time). They seem to resent any interaction with tenants, assume the worst from the outset, and behave accordingly. If management skills are not up to the task, they should seek other employment or further training. The reputation they have acquired cannot but hurt them as regards reducing their vacancy rate. I will say maintenance staff always seems friendly and eager to help; however, I have the impression they are not well treated or respected by office staff. Overall, the facility could be much better than it is, with very little extra effort and some training in management/people skills, it could be one of the most popular apartment complexes in the area. Unfortunately, it is becoming run-down and reputation of staff scares away any potential tenants who can afford other options. C'est la vie.

I am a single woman and I moved in three months ago. They were more than friendly..they were downright nice. It is one of the nicest complexes in Parsippany because it has the nicest people in the office.

something tells me you work in that office. they can be semi friendly if they are in a good mood, but they can also be outrageously rude for no good reason at all. they also talk rudely about other tenants behind their backs when other renters are in the office, which is just not professional or nice.
