I have had the unfortunate experience of living at this complex. The problem in my eyes is very simple. It would not be fair to say everyone in the front office is rude but there sure is one person who is. I have never met with such a person, she seems to have bi-polar disorder. One day she will be nice and the next day she will be the rudest person you meet. No repairs are done right or on time. The vacancy rate seems to be rising yet no changes in the way this place is run. Im guessing the owner of this place is a wealthy person and doesnt really care because if it was me I would have already made a manager change and pretty much gurantee their wouldnt be as many negative comments or a 34% rating. Thats horrible. Do your self a favor check out Rachel Gardens or some other complex for your own good.
