These apartments could be really nice. It's like no one cares if the place falls apart or if anyone rents here. It takes forever to get things fixed. The washing machines are always broken. The place is dirty. The laudnry rooms are gross and the garbage area disgusting. The recyling is always full and people throw things on the ground because they can't reach the top of the bin. My neighbor spent $200 on plants and flowers and some construction guys plowed it all up one day, no one told her they were even planning to do work. And the work never got finished anyway, it's been like that all winter, and half painted. I guess they want to wait for spring so they can dig up any live plants they missed the first time. You have to pay for a pool pass, but the pool is small not very clean and full of kids screaming all the time so who would use it' They don't even know what goes on here, they send notices to the wrong apartments all the time. There are gangs hanging out in the parking lots in the summer, which is creepy. And everyone acts like they're scared to death of the office manger, she must be a piece of work. That's probably never going to change, it looks like she's always been like that and nobody's fired her yet, so it's probably not going to get any better. And no office people commenting pretending you live here, ok, jsut get the snickers bars off your head, you aren't fooling anyone.
