The facilities are not kept up well at all. This place has gone downhill since I first rented here.

The laundry rooms are a joke, one or two machines working for a whole courtyard. I think no one cleans them anymore. Personally I use the local Laundromat.

For some reason, they started cutting down all the flowering trees, or hacking them off to stumps and leaving them. I have no idea why, but the grounds and the gardens used to be a selling point and now they have ruined it.

After they chop up the trees, the limbs lay in piles for months before anyone cleans it up.

They dig up stumps or something and then leave the ground sort of piled up, it looks horrible.

Construction is half done and ground hacked up and left that way for months. Are there money problems'

Loud people with radios so loud the windows shake when they are parking under my bedroom window and then sitting there for 20 minutes with their radios blasting at 1 a.m. And not just on weekends. Also drunk couples fighting and using extremely foul language in the wee hours on weekends. Do I need to hear your sexual history screamed out to everyone' NO.

Trash area not kept up anymore. Trash and dissolving trash residue slime everywhere. Smells horrible in summer, I pity the people whose windows face that side.

The place has gone down hill a lot. There seem to be more empty apartments than there were when I first moved in. Also not as many professional people living here. It used to be really nice, but not anymore.
