I dodged the bullet on this place... My fiance and I were looking for a 1 bedroom apartment in Parsippany, and stopped by the Troy Hills Village office. An older woman there screamed at my fiance when he left the office door ajar - we left immediately.
Anyway, every time I drive by there are kids all over the place (bikes on the lawn, loud screams, flying balls), and the place looks more and more dilapidated.
Not sure this is a legitimate post because I didn't live there, but I would run, not walk away from that hole.
