I lived at THV in a 1 BR for 2 years from 2001-2003 and I am returning to live there in a 2 BR in 2 months. I have to say that I have NEVER had a problem with the office staff. Rena has always been a pleasure and so have Brenda and Mary. They have all gone above and beyond to assist me. I am a very picky person and if all the things that were written in these reviews were true, I wouldn't be returning. I have lived in several different complexes, and there will always be issues with laundry rooms, garbages, etc. That goes along with apartment living. As far as THV, there is always plenty of parking and the noise is kept to a minimum. Whenever I had a service issue, one of the maintenance guys would be by to fix it that same day. As far as the actual apartment, THV has the largest ones around for the same money as others. My living room was HUGE! And my bathroom was completely renovated. All in all, I had a very pleasant experience living here and I look forward to moving back.
