I moved here because I needed a place with a six month lease option for a project I am working on in the area. I was impressed with how nice Mary at the office was. They really did a nice job prepping the apartment before I moved in. I was suprised at how good a job they did. The few maintenance calls I made were resolved very quickly.

My only gripe is that parking is alittle tight and the walls/floors do not block sound very well. I rented an upstairs apartment and I hear every step that the person below me makes.

Overall I would reccommend Troy Hills Village. For the price in this area it is a good value.
