First of all, When my hubby and I went to apply the lady at the front office was very rude. My hubby said we should overlook it as she may have been having a bad day. I still agreed to move in against my better judgement. Moving day comes and we arrived after 2 pm to move in (one of their stupid rules: you can't move in before 2pm)and the apt was a complete MESS! The painting wasn't done, the floor was very dirty, mold in the windows and in the bathroom there was mold in the bathroom and blood on the walls !!! ThE fridge was filthy and the bottom shelf in the fridge was broken (held together with tape). We could not believe it but it was too late, the lease was signed. We complained and waited for the apt to be cleaned.

We also complained several times about the apt being too cold in the winter and they did nothing to help. They said maybe it was the draft. needless to say, during my time there I tried my best not to call the front office often so as not to deal with the rudeness. When we moved out would you believe that they billed us for the broken shelf in the fridge!!! This is the same shelf that was broken and they were supposed to replace, but never did. Each time I think about that place I thank GOD that we moved out of there. My advice to you would be to look elsewhere. I am positive that there are better apertments, in better conditions with polite, good mannered people that you can rent from.

I would not wish this place on my worst enemy!!

**In all fairness, not everyone in the front office is rude and offensive. There is one particular woman. She is as rude as they come! I would include her name if it weren't for the guidelines. From reading other reviews several other people have encountered her.
