I lived in Troy Hills and finally left. I think this is like a section 8 hotel now. The conditions are pathetic and you get no where with repair requests. They either claim it was done (but it is not) or they do half A$$'d. Keep in mind that the owner and manager had a warrant for their arrest back in 2004:

HAHA that is the same Rena Plaxe who is now the official inspector for PTH Twp. Looks like the spirit of Priore is still alive & well (and he's on the council what a joke.) This complex is a joke and Parsippany is a joke.
