Terrible place to stay

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
1. Customer Service is very bad.The two ladies there are terrible once you become a customer
2. The superitendants are very rough
3. The room heaters don't work properly
4. In emergency you have to physicaly knock the house of a superitendant who would say I don't work after 5.00 PM.
5. Mostly the water would leak from the bathrooms from the upstairs
6. The return of the security deposit is just a dream how well maintianed the appprtment may be.
