If he shows up to fix your apartment, then lord save you. This guy very short tempereted. He might fix the problem but after all cursing and abuse.
Try not dealing with him, otherwise Apt from inside is good. outside use to be better but since past year they have cut down on maintainance.

I have never dealt with Boris so I cannot comment. But overall I have found the supers to be super- no pun intended. They are courteous, helpful and have observed them attending the problem within a short notice.

Never smiles, never say quitely..always complains to tenants while fixing problem... Boris yelled and scremed infront of my child even. Since, my children frighten and cry everytime the door bell rings. They are afraid of super who comes and screms to their parents. Please do not deal with him or he could bits you.
