So fAR I've had a good experience in THV. I don't have reason to deal much with the staff but I find Mary to be nice. The garbage area could use dumpsters, there aren't enough plastic bins but at least the areas are sectioned off. The apts are pretty good, I dont have the DW and Micro in mine but who cares. I feel safe, like seeing kids playing in the court yard, ample parking. I do wonder about loosing my security when it is time to move. I guess the best thing is not to pay your last months rent. Let me know if anyone ever got theirs back.

Hello Happy, I did get my security back within a decent time...around two to three weeks. My recommendation to you is get to know the landlord and become very good friends with her. Make her your best friend...if possible. I was in good standing with her and did not have any fallouts with her. But if you get on her bad side, you could be in the lng haul of things. Otherwise, enjoy the mice, cockeroaches and the lousy inconsierate tenants who live on the second floor (if you are on the first floor). They would annoy the ---- out of me when they came home from work, parties and other activities at all times in the morning. Otherwise it was not bad to live there. My heat was ----ed! The thermastat never worked on the wall and was always in the 90 degree zone. Have fun with the ice on the path and in the parking lot. This aprtament complex is going to be a sue haven for clients who fall! Ohh, last but not least, the ----in skunks, they are all over the place.

True about the mice, no cockroaches, yes skunks,i'm the one on the second floor, my heat works fine and to my liking..guess its my southern exposure...i don't want to get friendly with the landlord. True the snow removal is bad..the walkways get cleaned after you leave for work but you have to shovel yourself out from the apt to the walkway. Still I give this place a thumbs up. It's apt life. Thanks for your response.
