I moved into THV in 1990. I lived there until 2007. That is a long time. I loved my apartment. But the complex did change over the years, and it got a little "unruly" and "wild" with a rapid change in the type of tenants moving into the complex. Lots of young people, lots of wild parties and lots of drugs. I only moved because the Rents were increasing to the point where I could not justify the rent for the unit I had and the condition of the unit, with no ammenities to speak of, the cost was just prohibitive, and that is the only reason I moved. The office staff was a delight, yes, I found them to be very nice people, and YES, I did get ALL of my SECURITY DEPOSIT back. The noise fromt he downstairs apartment was really bothersome. You could hear everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. All of the floors squeaked, and the bathrooms were absolutely the worst I've ever seen. Again, I could not justify the high rents for that unit, and was forced to move.
