The woman in the office is very rude. I am an Asian, and I did feel it could be just because of that... She was not refused to show me the apt, saying that since I am a housewife and not an earning member in the family, she CAN NOT show it to me. I required to come back with my husband to see it. She said it was some rule which she required to follow. Dont realy get it...She should have told me abt that on phone, when I had called her earlier. It would have saved me a trip. On insisting that my husband will come later to sign or for any other procedure required incase we decide to go ahead, she said she had no apartments to show...Ppl not a nice place even to check out. Stay away!

I'm hispanic and have not felt that I was treated badly because of it. I do agree that they could be a bit nicer though

i went recently to look 2 br. lady there was filled with attitude, complaining, feelingless. I am Indian. I did feel she dont like Indian ppl. Also I was told, parents can't stay for more then 10 bedrooms even in large 2 bedroom( that is total 4 adults and 1 baby about to be born). May be they wont say it to some other race. I have not seen this rule anywhere(if it is they are flexible but seems not here).

This complex has income guidlines. thats why they couldnt show apartment without husband. he is the only bread winner and there is an applicaton fee. I think they were trying to avoid you not being approveed.. the ladies are real and tell you the truth... would you rather them take your money and then deny you... that save you the hassle fo throwing away money.... also being racist against ------- in this complex is ubsurd since most of the population here is indian...
