I have been living in Troy Hills for past 2 years, I like the convenience of haveing a shopping complex next to the apartment, but over all the Management sucks!!!! these two old hags in the management needs to be fired, they are the worest, they have no respect for the tenants and above all they dont do there job. If you have a question about your rent, they will tell you that they need weeks to gather this information.

On top of that the whole complex is full of bed bug infestation, my wife got bite more than month period before they sent in someone to do the extermination. On top of that they try to tell you that it was probably you who started infection, (well Hello I never had this problem untill I moved into your complex). As I said you are better off owning your own house, you will be spared from this horrible Manament. If anyone know about the owners please foward my comments or reffer to this website and they will find out the truth about these old -------.

This complex had bed bug problem for long time. By law, the landlord has the responsibilty to solve the matter. but the Management didn't want to do it. Don't try to call the township or the owner, they won't be helpful, just simply bring them to the court.

Wow I have lived there for 4 years and have never heard of such a problem. I have to agree that in general I have seen the office staff be less then kind, that's for sure, but I persoanlly have never had a problem. Whenever I need anything, a crack in the ceiling or a leak I just call the office and some comes over that same day.
