I believe that most people who have written comments are being unrealistic and pretty negative. Quite honestly, I have reviewed many apartments in New Jersey alone, and for the price I am rather happy. I have a one bedroom apartment, 850 square feet, balcony, AC(should install a new one, increases your utility bill). I am really not a fan of my gas oven, I bake a lot and sometimes my desserts do not come out right. The oven is regulated so after extensive use it will not work properly. The only utility bill is electric and cable, phone, internet (recommend Cablevision). The laundry machines need some improvement, sometimes the machine takes your money and it takes a week to get it back, kind of frustrating. However, there is one near every unit. PARKING IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE AND IT'S FREE, I'M NOT USED TO FREE PARKING. You are close to every store you will ever need, such as Pathmark, Shop Rite, Dollar Store, Auto Stores, everything at close proximity. The area is pretty quiet and quite safe, the police department is a couple miles down. I even called the police station and they stated that Troy Hills is pretty safe. As far as the ladies in the leasing office, leave them alone they are real and straight forward ladies. Sometimes they may sound rude to other people because they get frustrated at incompetence but they are pretty fair and respectful from what I personally experience. I still can't find the pool but I heard that it is really big and nice. The garbage can get messy the way the residents throw it around, however it is cleaned up daily and there is nooooooooo pest problem, Thank God!! There are no pets allowed but tenants sneak in their smelly cats and small dogs at times..The maintenance people are on point and take care of every problem when you need it..love it. Rent is due no later than the 7th of every month..excellent!!

Wow, that was really good. I agree with you and when you find the pool you will see it is really great. My daughters and I have really enjoyed it

Anniebaybea,I agree 100% My boyfriend moved in only a few months ago and he LOVES it. He's never had an issue with the ladies in the office they have been nothing but helpful. Maintence is always doing something... even with the winter coming you can see the work being done on the gutters and roofs in some courtyard...very family orientated and our son loves lving here with dad....
