For the area 875 a month isnt too bad, but 1 1/2 mo deposit is ridiculous.
Our cars were vandalized 3 times, and someone else had their wheels (4) stolen.
No carpet on the second floor apts, so the 1st floor really sucks because of the noise.
Lastly, when you move, they will find something wrong, then offer to fix it for a lesser price than if they were to report the probem on the final check out.
Also there are alot of lower income families mixed in with heathern children, the mgmt doest try to place older with older and younger with younger ect.
Like my broher in law called this place " a gheto", that's probably the case
