I have been here for one year and it is not in any way, shape, or form a "ghetto". There are families, singles, and couples living here - a good mix of everything.
My only concern at first was how long it took them to fix certain things that were wrong before I moved there, but the super (Bob) was very helpful all together. The rooms are large and a good size living room as well...with a huge walk in closet in the bedroom is great also.
Parking became an issue when we got two cars...otherwise, you receive one reserved spot.
