Parking is a nightmare. Numbered spaces don't work, especially when the renters park BOTH of their vehicles in the street, and dont leave room for others who have more than one vehicle, leaving people to walk long distances (and with infants) just to get to their apt. Hallways, dingy, dull and dirty....and horrible cooking smells permeate to other aptarments. Quality of fixtures not consistent. For a cheap apt, it's not too bad.

I agree about the parking, it is a nightmare! Long term parking should be enforced, cars are left for months in "free" parking spaces, commercial vehicles parked where cars belong. Tickets issued to illegally parked vehicles ONCE IN A WHILE, and NEVER to repeat offenders. And the cooking stench from the lower class apts.....disgusting!
