Whatever you do, just don't get too close to Maintenance. Maintenance in the past year or so has gotten ridiculously shady. Will be moving ASAP.

Rent goes up EVERY YEAR!!!

Parking sucks.

Management is nice.

you can hear EVERYTHING below and above you.

More recently, there is a cockaroach problem, where residents have actually moved out b/c of this problem.

Mold is also a HUGE problem in the bathrooms.
