I lived in Vail Gardens for one year. I have a list of reasons why I left, but the biggest is the noise. You can hear absolutely everything from the apartments above, below and on each side. I could actually hear the person above me snoring at night! Just imagine how bad it got when she had a baby... In addition to that I put in service requests (including a toilet that was leaking on the bathroom floor) that were never responded to despite multiple attempts to contact the maintenance staff in multiple ways. When I moved in some maintenance items were not finished, and although I was assured they would be, they were still unfinished upon move out. The parking situation is horrible. It seems that common sense and logic were abandoned when the parking setup was created causing parking to be a large frustration. All in all I am hard pressed to find something positive to say about this location. I am happy to have moved on and would highly suggest anybody considering this location to look elsewhere.
