I lived in this apartment for about 10 months and was forced to vacate because of the attitude of the maintenance crew - Bastard Bob Marshall especially.

I have paid him for various things:
1. $300 to get the apartment
2. $120 to fix the stove that had a short circuit (which never got fixed for 6 months till I left)
3. $70 to fix the blinds
4. $60 dollars to Anthony to get back the full amount of deposit (and luckily I got it).

Bob is a ------- racist. He talks to ------- very rudely and I am disgusted that the ------- staying there are able to tolerate it. Shame on the ------- too who are staying at Vail Gardens.

When the apartment was provided, the trash was not even cleaned. I had to dispose it myself. The leak in the bathroom was not fixed immediately but the day guests arrived at my place, Bob bugger came and removed the tap. For 3 days we were not able to use the bath tub and had to fill buckets of water from the wash basin. Apartment quality is so pathetic that one can hear people talking in the apartment below.

I would not recommend this for my enemy too.

I am surprised you gave safety and parking such high marks!! I have had 3 hallway lights out on my floor and 2 out on the floor below me, a year maybe? There is a birds nest in the outdoor light fixture, been there a few years and the light works! Fire Hazard?? Sick of the parking issue, and favoritism of keeping unregistered and uninspected vehicles in "fee" spots for years. Maybe a call to have the car towed as abandoned will shake some up.

I agree..but all the partments in parsippany area are more or less the same. Bob and Tony just living for tips.. i paid them once for getting the security back.. that worked well. i never had to call for maintenance.. i know it is a pai.. it never will be done.
