Ant infested main front apartments

I could say some nasty things about the Supers but lets just say if you need ANYTHING be prepared to pay $$$ for it.
The front main apartments on the main road are infested with tiny red/yellow ants.
I am a NEAT FREAK, and the only food items I keep are canned goods and frozen foods.
When I do buy a bag of chips or even cough drops I have to keep them in the fridge.
I finally could not take it anymore and started using ant bait traps, finally after watching ant baits infested with these tiny ants I gave up and starting spraying posion to control them.
Everone in the front area complains to each other about them.

The supers are the most horrible human beings that I have seen. They need money to do any maintenance work which is actually their responsibility.
