I have lived her for a little over 2 years now and have enjoyed the extremely beautiful location. With a 5 minutes walk to the lake and close proximity to major freeways like 287/24/80/280, one cannot ask for anything more.

Here comes the sad part. We have one of the most unenthusiastic staff who doesnt really understand the importance of anything you tell them. I was told that my apartment was newly built. The AC was of 1980s. The roof started leaking after the first rainfall.. we had to keep buckets to hold the water. During winter we dont get hot water if many ppl are using it at the same time. We have been able to manage it but the choice is yours. We have got our work done some how or the other. I would say if you are not patient enough then this is not the place for you.
