First of all, you have to pay a pool fee every year for a pool in another apt complex 2 miles away whether you go to it or not. If you want to go, you have to buy badges on top of it. Winters are dangerous here with little to no snow removal efforts and ice everywhere. The laundry facilities are a joke and there's always water on the floor. There are only 2 maintenance guys for the entire complex so unless you have a major problem, you won't be seeing them for a while. The lady in the office NEVER answers the phone. She's unprofessional, rude and uncooperative. We had cockroaches when we first moved in which was unnerving. The apt has casement windows that open from side to side, not up and down, so the special air conditioner we had to get cost 3 times that of a normal one. The boiler for my building was malfunctioning, making horrible noises and shaking the building for 3 days before it was fixed. The boiler room also floods and the water is pumped into the parking lot, even in the winter, where the water freezes and where I have fallen several times. Despite numerous complaints, this continues to occur. The list goes on and on.
