If you want to live for a complete leasing period of 12 months go there. Other wise just stay away.
Management lady talk very ridiculous and very care less.
She don't allows sublease or transfer of lease. If you commit for 12 month lease and need to move after 6 months, you have to pay remaining 6 months rent.
She don't allows you to include others name in lease in the middle of leasing period.
If you include yor friends name or wif'e name in the middle of lease, leasing will start again for a fresh and horrible 12 months.
