Clean and alot of new things when we moved in

I dont know what everyone is talking about, the place is very clean, i went to over 10 apartments in parsippany (the top 10 on this site) and the only one better is colonial heights, but it was $200 more for the one bedroom. my place has a very clean kitchen and the bathroom was recently redone. Everything was spotless on move in and lady in the office is nice. Would recommend for the price.

You are lucky, my bathroom and kitchen is so out dated and I have been trying to get work done and no luck.
I am ready to take the apartment complex to court for a unclean and unsafe environment.
