The apartments are at the ideal location from the Highways. Seeing the age of the apartments they are maintained well. The roof have been replaced recently, walkways have been done recently. Maintaince staff do attend to the day to day problems in reasonable timeframe

Management is cooperative for anything within the rules.

Good socializing place.

The only aspect the management the mangement has to look into is the Washer and Dryer rooms and need to change the machines which are very old and whoever uses them is out of utmost need.

There is one rule that surprises me, but I am not sure if it laid by the apartment managment or is a NJ law, that a couple having kid above 1 year of age has to move to a 2 bedroom apartment from 1 bedroom.

Also if you move from a 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom apartment it is treated as breakage of lease though it is within the same complex and same managment
