The place is infected with bugs. And the superintendent is very rude and insulting.
Stay away from this place .

I completely agree with you. This apartment already had a lawsuit filed few years back on racial grounds, which they eventually lost to the state of New Jersey. The previous property manager Frank had more courtsey and manner. He once fixed all the plug points in my house and also gave an electric bulb free. He had respect for other culture. In the east, one removes shoes before entering the house, and once told, he sincerely followed that. The new guy out there does not know how to talk, kind of barks on the phone most of the time, and only makes false promises of "Looking into it". I was also shocked by the notice/pamphlets they sent after the new management took over. "IF YOU CO-OPERATE, WE CO-OPERATE" is definitely not a language a tenant can be spoken to. It was apalling and with every day the tone in their pamphlets is going down the gutter.
