Move in if you want to forget your security deposit. They will charge complete cleaning and repainting fee to your security deposit when you move out and probably you will get small portion of your security deposit back(around $1600). I completely clean whole apartments before I moved out still they charged me around $500 to just clean the apartment for 17 hours of cleaning. I don t understand what they did in those 17 hours. As part of regular maintenance, they need to clean and repaint whole apartment before new tenant move in as per NJ apt law. So they are charging that expenses on tenant which move out. So be ready to pay this expense if you want to move in.
Also parking is not safe. once somebody stole 2 tiers from my brand new Honda Accord 2007 from assigned parking lot. they dont have any security camera.
