Fantastic Apartment Building to Live in The ONLY bad thing I can say about this apartment building is that it gets too warm in the winter (I'm on the fifth floor so get lots of heat from the lower floors). However, heat is included in the rent. The managers who live in the building are

Bad Management Please be prepared to deal with a manager with no professional attitude and rough behaviour. The apartments are clean however, it gets TOO hot. You have to use air conditioner everyday. No individual thermostats available in the apartments.

Hard to get security deposit back. Move in if you want to forget your security deposit. They will charge complete cleaning and repainting fee to your security deposit when you move out and probably you will get small portion of your security deposit back(around $1600). I completely clean whole

The most horrible place The living there was like a total nightmare. There are no walls at all!!! You can hear everything what your neighbor doing. Sometimes I had to sleep in a car at night, cause the guy downstairs used to get home late and started making his constant noise.

A solid "good" (not perfect) apartment I've read two negative reviews of this apartment, but my wife and I love this place.

in 94, roaches, bad tenants, too hot I lived on the fifth floor. crazy girl below me called the police b/c I set my clock alarm and walked too heavy on the floor. Landlord took HER side b/c she was there first and probably a relative. also, the bangers at the end of the hall broke in christmas eve
